Binary Confidence is leader in cyber defence and SOC services in Slovakia. For six years, we have provided cyber arena trainings for our clients that include Deutsche Telekom Slovakia, EU TESTA infrastructure team, major Slovak banks including joint compulsory training for CISOs of all Slovak banks. Beside cyber range trainings for our customers for 6 years we organise open cyber defence war game Guardians where all major defence team (more then 60 teams including government teams) compete.
Our experience, market research, and lessons learned have provided valuable insights and requirements that will guide the development of this project. We are also candidate to build cyber arena for Slovak public service procured by ministry of informatisation. It’s worth noting that the government cyber range, which is only in the planning stages, will be limited to the public administration sector and therefore won’t have the capacity to train and educate experts from the private sector and students. As such, there is currently no other alternative to our wargames, highlighting the importance of our project in meeting the needs of the broader cybersecurity community.
We have both the expertise and personnel necessary to deliver the proposed project. Therefore, we consider the project to have high level of maturity and a high level of readiness to start the implementation of proposed activities. Major contributing factors to this opinion are:
- Relevant experience: Binary Confidence has experience in operating its own cyber arena and running annual cyber exercise competitions in areas such as digital forensics, incident response, and threat hunting demonstrates its expertise and capability in delivering high-quality cyber training.
- Infrastructure: Binary Confidence is running high quality cyber range for 6 years that is in constant development and evolution to keep up the most recent trends. Therefore we have excellent know how on building the range open for schools and public administration that is currently in need.
- Reputation: The company’s reputation as a provider of high-quality cyber training exercises (with high levels of customer satisfaction) will provide credibility and confidence to potential clients and stakeholders. Notable is close cooperation with government NSA CERT team on public Guardians war game or training infrastructure staff for EC TESTAng as end customer.
- Proven track record: The company’s history of successful delivery of similar projects will provide evidence of its capability and reliability and increase the likelihood of a successful outcome for the cyber arena project.
- Financial capacity: We have a proven track record of financial stability and healthy cash flow. This can enable us to co-fund a project, demonstrating our commitment to the initiative and providing additional assurance of its success.
